children’s ministry

"Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." —Proverbs 22:6

Riverside Baptist Church offers age-appropriate Bible based ministries that are designed to nurture our children in the Christian faith. We believe that each child is a gift from God, therefore we teach them with and about the love of Christ. It is our desire to raise up a generation of young people that hope in God and not in the things of this world. We acknowledge that this can only be done through the power of the Holy Spirit and thus cast ourselves onto God in prayer as we endeavor to minister the Gospel into the lives of children and young people in our congregation.

Our mission is to love and accept all children and to teach them about Jesus, thereby laying a foundation where they may grow to know Christ as their Lord and Savior.
